Classic Seeded Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour or gluten-free flour blend
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds sesame, flax, sunflower, etc.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water plus more as needed

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, seeds, salt, and garlic powder. Add olive oil and water, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough out thinly between two sheets of parchment paper. Remove the top sheet and cut into squares or desired shapes.
  4. Transfer the crackers to the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Cool before serving.
