Herbed Chickpea Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, rosemary, thyme, and salt.
  3. Add olive oil and water, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough thinly between two sheets of parchment paper. Cut into desired shapes.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Let cool completely before serving.
