Vegan Brie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw macadamia nuts soaked
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon agar powder
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Blend the macadamia nuts, coconut cream, miso, nutritional yeast, and salt until smooth.
  2. Dissolve agar powder in 1/4 cup boiling water, then mix into the cheese mixture.
  3. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set. Serve chilled.
